Community Relations Committee
DarfurThe Community Relations Committee (CRC) is the public affairs and advocacy arm of UJC MetroWest and spearheads the development of the public policy agenda for the Jewish community focusing on local, state, and national issues. CRC advocates for these views with legislators and engages with other constituencies such as civic and interfaith leaders and the media on these matters. CRC is also actively involved in Israel advocacy, social action, and relations with other ethnic and cultural communities.

Urge your representatives to support the Iran Sanctions Enabling Act of 2009 (H.R. 1327) This Act allows state and local governments to divest from companies that hvae invested at least 20 million dollars in Iran's energy sector and will protect fund managers from potential lawsuits if they choose to divest from these companies.
